Position Summary
The role is responsible for contributing to and supporting the Product Marketing team, with a primary emphasis on equities investment products. Acting as a subject matter expert for the Unit Investment Trust (UIT) product suite, this position collaborates closely with internal teams and external service providers, including Distribution, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Compliance, Data Analytics, and other marketing groups. Key responsibilities include supporting the management of daily UIT marketing activities and sales support functions, such as the production of fact cards, rolls, web content, and microsite content. The role also oversees the quarterly and annual updates of all UIT sales ideas and commentaries. This full-time position is based in New York City and reports to the Director of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of engaging presentations, sales ideas, value-add programs, and other communication concepts, with compelling content and visuals, for executives, investment teams, sales and home office staff.
 - Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (print, email, web) emphasizing analytics and KPIs
 - Coordinate closely with sales / SPG / product teams to ensure effective cross-functional communication
 - Build deep expertise in the firm’s equity product suite (UITs, Rydex) including competitive positioning
 - Support Digital team efforts on email campaigns and web content management.
 - Ensure that all materials meet FINRA and SEC regulatory guidelines, in partnership with Compliance
 - Provide writing and editing support for promotional and website content.
 - Participate in the development and upkeep of high quality, engaging marketing materials, both print and digital, for passive strategies (UITs and equity)
 - Manage approval submissions to key distribution partners
 - Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration, project management skills, and adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to maximize marketing and sales opportunities
 
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in product marketing in asset management, alternative investments, or fixed income space. ETF experience a plus.
 - Familiarity with data and analytical concepts
 - Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to evolving project needs, and collaborate effectively
 - Strong attention to detail
 
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
 - 5+ years of marketing experience in the asset management sector
 - Proficiency in the use of office computer programs including power point and MS Office Suite
 - Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, inclusiveness, and trustworthiness

Salary Range
Annual base salary between
$120,000.00-$125,000.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
