Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Product Marketing Manager to drive our newest line of cutting-edge semiconductor products. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams to develop product definition, positioning, promotion, and pricing strategies that meet customer needs while also ensuring strong execution to the business plan. This includes developing effective marketing collateral for internal and external audiences, as well as driving design wins by providing system solutions that promote our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs in high power and high voltage applications,  and experience promoting/marketing ICs while also possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role requires the ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions across regions while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with technical teams during product definition process to develop market-leading semiconductor products.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform roadmap and marketing strategy.
• Develop, implement, and manage effective product line strategies through the entire product lifecycle.
• Manage go-to-market plans for new products and line extensions while ensuring production WIP properly anticipates customer forecasts.
• Create compelling collateral for internal stakeholders, external customers, and marketing channels.
• Build relationships with key customers to understand their needs and tailor product messaging accordingly.
• Coordinate closely with engineering teams throughout the development process to ensure strong execution to plan while also identifying potential issues and escalating them promptly for resolution.
• Travel as needed for business development and customer engagement activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience in power management IC product marketing or product definition.
• Experience promoting/marketing ICs and driving design wins by providing system solutions that showcase our products' unique value proposition.
• High power, automotive, or industrial experience is highly desirable but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong time management skills to ensure on-time project delivery while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $150,000 - $200,000.
