Founded in 2014, our growing team is based in Austin, TX, and has clients in all 50 US states. We’ve grown over 300% in the last three years - with big plans for the future.

We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team as the founding member. In this mission-critical role, you will establish the GTM playbook while collaborating closely with the Heads of Product, Strategy, Sales, and Marketing as we seek to deeply understand our customers’ use cases and define product positioning. This includes establishing decision frameworks, conducting customer interviews, managing the product positioning calendar, and providing critical market feedback to the product team.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pain points, and preferences through customer interviews and surveys

    • Work alongside Product to craft feature use cases and target customer personas

    • Run customer tests to understand behavior drivers and optimize performance

  • Identify market opportunities and differentiated positioning by conducting analyses of competitors

    • Craft concise materials to inform the business of ongoing changes in the market

  • Establish what success looks like through KPIs and monitor product performance

  • Work backwards from product releases and performance targets to establish reference customers and GTM motions

    • Work with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and identify customer events and maximize engagement

    • Work with Sales leadership to ensure necessary Sales Enablement materials are available

    • Work with Partners and internal stakeholders to generate industry expert whitepapers

  • Develop and present actionable product recommendations for senior leadership


What you bring:

  • 5+ years of product ENT B2B marketing and 7+ years of overall product experience within the tech (prior insurance experience is a plus)

  • Proven track record of crafting successful go-to-market positioning

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders

  • Fast-paced, nimble, and a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment

  • Working experience in Excel, SQL or Google BigQuery

We operate on a hybrid schedule for in-office employees. Standard schedules are three days per week in the office, however, the cadence and days are determined by each team and manager.
