Position Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager at GT Medical Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in advancing GammaTile® Therapy, an innovative solution for patients with brain tumors. This role requires a balance of creativity and precision, with a strong focus on developing compelling narratives that align with regulatory claims, messaging, and clinical data. You will lead efforts to ensure marketing materials are exceptional, accurate, compelling and compliant. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage external stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and market success.

A critical aspect of this role aside from content creation is managing the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process. You must have expertise in partnering with cross-functional leaders including C-suite members to assume a leadership role in guiding materials through MLR efficiently while maintaining alignment with the company’s mission to Improve the Lives of Patients with Brain Tumors. Exceptional attention to detail is essential to succeed in this role, ensuring every initiative meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Storytelling and Compliance:

  • Develop and refine compelling, data-driven narratives that resonate with target audiences while adhering to approved claims, messaging, and clinical data.
  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain compliance with regulatory standards and support the company’s clinical and commercial objectives.

MLR Process Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end MLR review process, ensuring timely submission, feedback integration, and approval of materials.
  • Collaborate closely with medical, legal, and regulatory stakeholders to uphold compliance without compromising creativity or strategic objectives.

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Create and execute product marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support business growth.
  • Align marketing campaigns with field sales activities and key stakeholder engagement efforts.

Digital and Traditional Marketing:

  • Support digital marketing efforts by providing strategic messaging oversight of paid search, email campaigns, social media, and website content.
  • Work with third-parties (creative/digital/PR) to develop marketing collateral/outreach materials.

Market Research and Analytics:

  • Conduct and interpret market research to inform marketing strategies and keep abreast of trends in neuro-oncology and other relevant markets.
  • Provide data-driven performance reports to refine campaigns and initiatives.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers.
  • Support patient advocacy and education programs.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with significant experience in product marketing and MLR management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical data interpretation.
  • Proven experience in neuro-oncology, radiation oncology, or neurosurgery is strongly preferred.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI, Canva, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with modern marketing tools and techniques.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule. 
  • Able to travel for work as needed.
  • Satisfactory pass drug screening (if applicable).
  • Satisfactorily pass comprehensive background screening, if applicable. 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

  • Typical work environment for a professional office or home office space.
  • Largely a stationary role with some moving from place to place.
  • Constant use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor and other office equipment.
  • Occasionally picks up, carries, and moves items up to 50 lbs.
  • Some evening and weekend work, depending upon workload.
  • Some overnight travel may be required for work, events, and training (15-30%).
