Summary
The Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and customer insights for a portfolio of home services offerings. This role uses data and insights to recommend product packages, service bundles, and promotional structures, partnering with Finance to align on final pricing and go-to-market execution. The role also owns relationships with key manufacturers and vendor partners, serving as the primary product marketing point of contact.
This position will also bridge product, sales, operations, and finance to ensure strong market fit and revenue growth. It is highly execution-focused, owning the implementation of pricing and promotional updates across all customer-facing platforms, including Rise (internal content management platform) and website properties, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and seamless deployment across all systems and materials.
Essential Functions
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our home services offerings.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new service launches and enhancements.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Own relationships with manufacturers and vendor partners, aligning on product offerings, promotions, and go-to-market opportunities, and ensuring accurate representation across all marketing and sales materials.
• Use data and insights to recommend product packages, service bundles, and promotional structures, partnering with Finance to align on final pricing.
• Execute pricing and promotional updates across all platforms, ensuring accurate implementation based on direction from Finance and leadership.
• Own the deployment, accuracy, and consistency of pricing and promotions across Rise, website properties, contracts, and marketing materials.
• Perform end-to-end QA on pricing, promotions, and content updates prior to launch.
• Utilize Power BI dashboards to monitor performance, validate pricing accuracy, and evaluate promotion effectiveness.
• Partner with operational teams to influence roadmap based on customer insights.
• Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and training content.
• Own updates to customer agreements and contract templates in alignment with pricing changes, ensuring all pricing fields, disclosures, and terms are accurately reflected across documents (Adobe-based workflows, in partnership with Legal).
• Collaborate with digital marketing to drive demand generation campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or experience in business or a related field such as economics, communication, advertising, marketing or statistics
• 3-4 years of product marketing experience, ideally in home services, consumer services, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and service-based business models.
• Experience managing pricing, promotions, or offer execution across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with Power BI with the ability to navigate dashboards and interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with market research, competitive intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
