**Job Summary**
Join our Product Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) team as a Program Contractor for Program Management where you will drive the successful optimization and scale of our go-to-market strategies for some of Workday’s most prestigious initiatives. You'll play a key role in shaping how we bring Workday products, solutions, and stories to market at our Workday Rising event in North America and also in EMEA. We’re a fun, smart, and hard-working team, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for collaboration to achieve great results.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage timelines and deliverables surrounding Tier One events, including Rising North America, and Rising EMEA.
- Represent the Product Marketing CoE team and advocate for our objectives with cross-functional teams in Product, Sales, Presales, Customer Experience and Marketing.
- Streamline and lead internal communication to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Identify best practices and support change management across the PMK CoE team.
- Manage other projects as needed.
