About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager, will oversee strength and wellness using data-driven insights to strategically create narratives that drive results. This role will partner closely with Product, Sales, and the creative team to influence go-to-market strategies, develop campaigns, and ensure our products deliver high impact. This role will focus on bringing strategic vision, creativity, and a growth mindset to how we position our products and engage our customers. The ideal individual is both analytical and creative, solving complex problems, exploring new ideas, and delivering on innovative strategies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning and messaging for strength and wellness products, ensuring clear differentiation and resonance with target audiences.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that inform strategy.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and broader Marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and demand.
  • Build compelling content and messaging, from sales enablement assets to consumer facing storytelling.
  • Point of contact with agencies, engineering and industrial design teams to produce precise product renderings and icons.
  • Use market data and performance metrics to evaluate initiatives, refine messaging, and guide decision making.
  • Ensure cross functional alignment and manage complex, interdependent projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Act as a champion of the customer, ensuring their needs, motivations, and behaviors are at the center of all initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in consumer products, wellness, or technology.
  • Strong storytelling ability, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits.
  • Skilled in leveraging data and research to uncover insights and drive strategy.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker who takes pride in developing innovative strategies and challenging the conventional way.
  • Proven competence with Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms such as Contentful, Wordpress, etc.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.

 

Pay Range: $105,000 to $120,000 

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
