DescriptionWe’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and builder. You’ll work hand-in-hand with a Product Manager to bring new ideas to life, lead product launches, and help us connect with customers in meaningful ways. Even better if you’ve got experience in construction tech and a knack for turning complexity into clarity.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Product Positioning & Market Insight:
- Partner with Product to shape positioning and messaging that resonates with real-world users
- Dig into market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intel to uncover opportunities
- Help define buyer personas and map the journey from awareness to adoption
- Translate technical features into clear, compelling value for our audience
Go-to-Market Leadership & Launch Execution
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new products and major updates
- Lead cross-functional launch planning with Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Create sales tools, launch content, and campaigns that drive adoption and revenue
- Track performance and iterate based on what’s working (and what’s not)
Customer-Centric Innovation & Industry Engagement:
- Build feedback loops with customers to inform product and messaging decisions
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to surface insights from the field
- Contribute to thought leadership and industry conversations-especially in construction tech
- Ensure our messaging reflects the real-world challenges and wins of our users

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or construction technology
- Experience leading product launches and working closely with Product teams
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, you know how to make complex ideas simple
- Pragmatic marketing experience/certification a plus
- Curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve
- Up to 10% travel
