About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll shape the narrative, strategy, and market success of next-generation AI solutions.

We are seeking a highly strategic, technically fluent Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution and positioning for enterprise-grade AI solutions. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of strategy and storytelling—turning advanced AI concepts into compelling, business-driving narratives that influence executive decisions, accelerate adoption, and establish market leadership.

You’ll partner directly with senior leadership across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Solutions to define GTM priorities, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure our offerings stand out in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Define and own the messaging, positioning, and differentiated value propositions for AI products and platform capabilities.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders in Product, Sales, and Marketing to design and execute launch strategies.

  • Map personas, buying journeys, and industry pain points to shape campaigns that resonate with both C-suite and technical audiences.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment on GTM goals, messaging pillars, and launch milestones.

  • Provide market intelligence through competitive analysis, customer insights, and emerging trends to guide strategy.

  • Establish success metrics for GTM initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Executive-Level Content & Enablement

  • Develop compelling technical and executive-level content—solution briefs, thought leadership, case studies, and product explainers.

  • Translate advanced AI concepts (agentic reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation) into accessible, business-outcome-focused narratives.

  • Oversee the creation of sales enablement assets (executive pitch decks, competitive battle cards, ROI calculators) that accelerate deal velocity.

  • Train and enable sales teams on strategic messaging, differentiation, and objection handling.

  • Collaborate with solution architects and customer success teams to showcase proof points and customer impact stories.

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in B2B product marketing with significant exposure to enterprise AI, SaaS, or consulting.

  • Proven success leading GTM strategy, solution launches, and executive-level enablement.

  • Strong ability to influence leadership and align cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional storytelling skills with experience shaping narratives for executive and technical audiences.

  • Portfolio of high-impact marketing and content assets demonstrating both strategy and execution.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technology into business outcomes.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with executive presence.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills across technical, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Pitch, and Monday.com.

Why This Role is Exciting

  • Play a senior, high-visibility role in defining how AI solutions are positioned and adopted in the enterprise market.

  • Collaborate with industry leaders shaping the future of AI adoption.

  • Hybrid flexibility in New York with opportunities for in-person strategic collaboration.

  • Competitive compensation: USD $13,300 – $15,000/month plus performance incentives.

  • Unlimited paid time off and a culture built on innovation, collaboration, and impact.
