Opportunity Summary:
At Upland Knowledge and Contact Center Management, we provide world-class knowledge management and contact center solutions to organizations across the globe. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that turns technical information about our 5 products into high quality content, through insight, storytelling, passion and analytics.
Primary Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our dynamic Knowledge and Contact Center Management product marketing team, you will be the go-to person for your own product within our portfolio. You will play an integral part in crafting strategy, gathering intel, and creating content to support both our customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll not only work closely with your product marketing teammates, but also cross-functionally with teams including customer success, sales, product, and marketing.
The product marketing manager role is a critical component in creating and executing effective go to market strategies. Our goal is to combine consistency and scalability across our portfolio while also celebrating the uniqueness of each product. This includes responsibilities such as translating product roadmaps, planning and executing product launches, creating compelling content, distilling market and competitive intelligence, creating internal and customer-facing communications, as well as delivering effective sales enablement programs.
