Provides a wide range of support to the marketing team, inclusive of product marketing and marketing communications, focused on the Specialty Surgery portfolio.
Collect and organize data using multiple data sources to establish a competitive overview
Develop an understanding of basic product and market knowledge
Participate in the development of creative briefs and project outlines and then interact with creative services team through the creative development process with an emphasis on new content for LoneStar, INSORB, ONETRAC and Doppler
Be prepared to perform project-based work as assigned
Responsibilities
Marketing interns are expected to apply their academic knowledge to real-world marketing situations. Interns will be treated as teammates within the marketing organization and their contributions will be integrated into product and communication plans. Interns can expect to be included in departmental, corporate, and vendor meetings, with their participation will be welcome. Interns will also be expected to participate in corporate-wide intern events and activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Intermediate skill in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced preferred.
Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently.
Excellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill set

Experience
Not required, but prior Internship experience is a plus.
Education
Current college student, majoring in Marketing or related specialty, entering their Junior or Senior year.
