Our Product Marketing Director plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will driving high impact product marketing activities for Quva’s business solutions, with particular focus on our AI based, B2B data and predictive analytics software products and services (SaaS). These data solutions are key to helping hospitals and health system pharmacy manage their operation and improve clinical care by generating actionable insights from clinical and operational data related to availability, affordability, and adherence of medication across all sites of care. The successful candidate will own the product(s) marketing plan and key projects including product content and messaging, launches, field sales enablement, customer insights and KOL/testimonial development, and more that supports demand generation and revenue growth objectives. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality, providing patients with the best possible care and outcomes. What the Product Marketing Director Does Each Day:

  • Creates and maintains cohesive, outcome-oriented messaging frameworks by working closely with Director of Quva corporate brand and the Chief Marketing Officer
  • Collaborates across product development, sales, and with Marketing teammates to define go-to-market strategies, create positioning and value propositions, and the messaging, content and campaigns that drive demand and revenue performance
  • Drives strategic positioning for new product launches
  • Drives content development that supports key stages of the sales process and customer buying journey—campaign content for filling the lead funnel and also helps drive funnel conversion
  • Supports the marketing campaign manager and tradeshow/conferences coordinator in building demand generation programs by providing guidance on content, external messaging, buyer personas, use cases, etc. 
  • Supports field enablement programs to drive revenue impact across sales and partner channels—partner with sales and sales management to ensure sales collateral and playbooks built and used to drive a coordinated sales and marketing plan
  • Partners with product management and business intelligence teams to track market response, including leading indicators such as win/loss analysis and pipeline growth
  • Develops clear, on-brand product communication plans that articulate value propositions, benefits, and features, differentiating new solutions in the market
  • Ensures product propositions, positioning, and messaging resonate with customers and are effectively used by sales teams
  • Communicates the value of products and services to sales and demand gen/campaign marketing manager, advancing sales enablement through tools, talk tracks, and training
  • Develops a deep understanding of markets and buyers by leveraging internal and external insights to inform strategies
  • Analyzes product, customer, and market data to identify new product opportunities, as well as extensions or enhancements to existing products
  • Maintains and manages competitive intelligence by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-led research

Minimum Requirements for this Role:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business or Pharm D
  • 5-7+ years of B2B product marketing or related B2B function experience
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of turning ideas into action and conveying them through various display materials, such as presentations, videos, and sales assets
  • Proven track record of driving revenue, product positioning, and thought leadership
  • Demonstrated experience for working cross-functionally (e.g. across product, sales, and marketing) to deliver results
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; QuVa will not sponsor applicants for work visas

Any of the Following Will Give You an Edge:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business
  • Experience at a technology or SaaS company, and/or with the hospital / hospital pharmacy target audience is essential and healthcare experience
