JOB TITLE: Product Marketing Director

LOCATION: Remote US in either EST OR CST

Summary

As the Product Marketing Director with a global remit you will report into the VP Product Marketing based out of the United States. Partnering hand-in glove with product management and engineering, you will be responsible for creating the value proposition and storytelling to help Kore.ai win.

We are looking for a highly seasoned and agile product marketing leader that can operate at the same speed the industry is transforming.

Responsibilities Include

• Develop and evolve core product marketing fundamentals, including messaging frameworks, value propositions and support creation of customer facing copy.
• Value creation modelling how our products drive quantifiable benefit to our customers.
• Lead and execute product launches, partnering hand in glove with product management.
• Build and maintain product collateral – ranging from web content, product spec sheets, sales enablement materials and more. Supported by our creative services team.
• Build demo’s in partnership with product management and solution engineering
• Develop and support delivery of product briefings to industry analysts.
• Support creation of demand generation campaigns with compelling product messaging.
• Define needs for market research.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years product marketing experience with software products in enterprise software companies required
• Global experience and proven track record driving results in US market required
• Previous product marketing experience within B2B space required
• Solid understanding of the overall technology landscape, specifically conversational ai/chatbots required
• Must current reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones required

Preferred

• Customer Operations and/or Contact Center industry experience highly preferred
• MBA from leading institution required, engineering undergrad preferred

Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $140,000 - $160,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
