Description

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a multifaceted Product Marketing and Enablement Manager to lead the strategy and execution of product messaging, internal training, and sales enablement. This role will ensure that our external partners and internal teams are trained to articulate the API product  value effectively, and are equipped to drive adoption and retention.

Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how our products are communicated, adopted, and celebrated.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:


Product Marketing (40%)

  • Drive go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature enhancements, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks rooted in customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and manage product marketing content including solution briefs, customer stories, datasheets, landing pages, FAQs, explainer videos, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with Programming, Product and Engineering teams to translate new products  into clear, differentiated customer benefits.
  • Support demand generation and lifecycle marketing teams with messaging and campaign content.

Training (30%)

  • Own the design, development, and delivery of onboarding and continuous learning programs for internal teams and external partners
  • Create multimedia training materials such as guides, walkthroughs, e-learning modules, and webinar presentations.
  • Partner with the Account Management team to ensure the training experience drives product adoption and reduces time to value.
  • Measure and iterate on training programs based on engagement metrics and feedback.

Sales & Revenue Enablement (30%)

  • Develop and deliver enablement programs for GTM teams to ensure they can confidently position, sell, and support the product.
  • Maintain a scalable sales playbook with pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts.
  • Coordinate product readiness sessions, new feature briefings, and enablement workshops for internal teams and resellers.
  • Monitor content effectiveness and sales performance metrics to refine enablement materials and identify training gaps.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into user-centric messaging and value propositions.
  • Proven experience creating educational content for different audiences (sales, customers, partners).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-part projects and coordinate across teams with clarity and confidence.
  • Familiarity with CRM, CMS, or marketing automation tools is a must.
  • Experience with launch planning, stakeholder communication, and post-launch follow-up.

KEY EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS 

  • A bachelor's degree from an Accredited University in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. (must have a foundational understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and strategic communication.)
  • 4+ years in product marketing, enablement, or customer education within a B2B SaaS environment.
