About the Role

As a Product Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and managing marketing content that supports go-to-market efforts, enhances product positioning, and enables sales teams. You will work closely with the product marketing team, demand generation, and sales to ensure content aligns with key messaging and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Messaging: Develop compelling product marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, website copy, and product one-pagers.
• Sales Enablement Support: Create sales collateral, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards to help sales teams effectively position our solutions.
• Customer & Market Insights: Assist in gathering and synthesizing customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to refine messaging and content strategy.
• Product Launch Support: Contribute to go-to-market strategies by crafting messaging and content that highlight product differentiation and value propositions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related field in the identity and fraud industry.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect market insights to impactful messaging and content strategies.
• High emotional intelligence, including empathy, collaboration, and strong social skills for effective teamwork and communication.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is helpful.
• Experience working with AI tools, including ChatGPT to assist in ideation, writing, editing, and design.
