Position Overview 

The Marketing Specialist – Sales Enablement is responsible for providing critical support to the sales and marketing teams by creating sales-ready content and managing proposal development, sales presentations, and event support. This role will work closely with sales leaders across multiple service lines to ensure all sales collateral and presentations are professional, impactful, and aligned with Hueman’s brand and business goals. This individual will also serve as the primary point-of-contact for all company salespeople, providing sales-related marketing support and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to drive revenue for the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable collaborating across departments. 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales Content Support 

  • Execute strategic account-based marketing plans by coordinating and creating content for sales team use, aligned with business goals. 
  • Develop case studies, customer testimonials, one-page executive summaries, and speaking engagement content to support sales efforts. 
  • Leverage ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to create targeted, relevant sales materials for Hueman’s various service lines (healthcare, life sciences, industrial & manufacturing, commercial, private equity). 
  • Regularly review competitor content and proposals to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Maintain and update the client reference database for sales team use. 
  • Provide support for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), including market trends and data insights to aid in client retention and growth. 
  • Assist in drafting and deploying sales emails and outreach content as needed. 

Presentation & Proposal Support 

  • Manage and coordinate the development of competitive RFIs/RFPs and sales presentations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. 
  • Maintain and update the sales content library, RFP templates, and other critical proposal resources. 
  • Track and follow up on ongoing RFP submissions through the RFP tracker to ensure all deadlines and client requirements are met. 

Ad-hoc Sales Team Support 

  • Provide ad-hoc support to the sales team by developing customized presentations and proposals for various service lines. 
  • Conduct research and create content to support sales opportunities and prospecting efforts. 

Event Support 

  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and content for speaking engagements at industry events. 
  • Support sales team members attending events by managing meeting tracking, conducting company research, and ensuring they have relevant content for prospect meetings. 
  • Lead event debrief sessions and coordinate post-event outreach action plans to maximize return on investment. 
  • Assist in selecting future event opportunities and managing speaker applications. 
  • Maintain and update the event calendar, including attendee lists, speaker engagements, and tracking who is attending specific events. 

Industry Networks, Awards & Recognition Support 

  • Organize and manage Hueman’s participation in annual industry awards and recognition programs, coordinating client surveys as needed. 
  • Submit nominations for relevant industry awards for both the company and individual employees. 
  • Maintain relationships with key industry networks to promote Hueman’s brand awareness and thought leadership. 

Qualifications 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Minimum 1-3 years of marketing, sales, or sales support required. B2B experience crafting presentations for sales teams a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Email copywriting experience a plus. 
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or similar platforms. Experience with advanced proposal/presentation tools is a plus. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to tap into resources across the business. 
  • Comfortable working across both sales and marketing teams. 
  • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Workfront, or Monday.com a plus. 
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Freshsales a plus. 
Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm
  • In-office at our Jacksonville, FL office on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday - option to work from home on Tuesday/Friday
