About The Role
This is a pivotal moment at CaptivateIQ as we evolve from a single-product offering into a dynamic, multi-product platform. As the leader of our Product Marketing function, you will step into a high-impact, player-coach role—shaping our go-to-market approach, mentoring a growing team, and directly driving initiatives that accelerate growth and sharpen our competitive edge.
You will own our product marketing strategy across a rapidly expanding portfolio, ensuring positioning, messaging, and enablement are tightly aligned with business goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to deliver campaigns and programs that directly impact pipeline, win rate, and retention.

$130,000 - $175,000 a year
The OTE range represents the minimum and maximum of the OTE range for this position. The OTE offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
