Position Summary

As the Manager of Sales Enablement, you will be the driving force behind improvement of sales effectiveness and efficiency at Karmak. This position will empower our sales team with the tools, content, training, and resources needed to increase productivity, effectiveness, and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll own the design, implementation, and management of enablement programs that equip our sellers and client success managers with the knowledge, content, and coaching they need to succeed. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support to align on messaging, methodology, and market motion. This is a unique opportunity to shape enablement from the ground up, in a high-impact role that connects strategy and execution across the revenue engine.

Essential Job Functions


Team Management: Lead and mentor a remote team of sales professionals; foster a collaborative, connected environment for remote teams, promoting knowledge sharing, skill development and process improvement; oversee hiring, training and performance reviews for the team, aligning with company objectives.


Onboarding & Ramp-up: Build and maintain structured onboarding programs that decrease ramp-up time and improve early-stage performance for those newly hired into the sales organization.


Sales Training & Certification: Create ongoing learning paths, skill development programs, and certifications aligned to Karmak's sales methodology.


Content Management: Develop, organize, create, and optimize sales content in partnership with Marketing and Product. Ensure sales team members have easy access to the right materials at the right time.


Process Reinforcement: Reinforce sales processes, qualification frameworks (like ICP Scorecards, MEDDPICC), and CRM discipline through training and deal coaching.


Sales Readiness: Coordinate product, market, and competitive updates across the sales organization. Prepare sales team members for launches and new campaigns.


Tech Stack Adoption: Drive effective use of tools like Salesforce, Seamless.Ai, or others. Help analyze sales behavior and improve team productivity through data.


Performance Metrics: Track and report on enablement measurements such as ramp time, win rates, content usage, and quota attainment. Continuously optimize programs based on results.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a sales role; proven track record of designing and delivering sales training and enablement programs
• 2+ years of management experience is preferred
• Experience working with or supporting outside sales, inside sales and account management teams.
• Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC).
• Comfortable developing content, training, and performance frameworks.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Power BI, Trello, Seismic, or similar enablement platforms.
• Excellent communicator, facilitator, and cross-functional collaborator.
• Self-starter with a learning mindset-someone who thrives in a fast-changing environment and enjoys building programs from scratch.
• Experience in the automotive, transportation, or parts/service industry-or curiosity to learn quickly - is a plus.
