DoubleVerify is seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Product Marketing to lead the commercialization initiatives for the portfolio of DoubleVerify’s products and ensure seamless alignment with the Commercial team. In this highly visible role, you will drive the go-to-market strategy, develop comprehensive product training programs, and gather critical market insights to support product development and sales efforts. This role is integral to DoubleVerify and will serve as a thought partner to both the product management and commercial teams, ensuring cohesive and effective market activation. Additionally, you will ensure a continuous feedback loop between the sales and product teams, capturing customer, competitor, and market insights to refine product positioning and messaging, and provide real-time insights into the roadmap. You will create and oversee a structured product training program for all customer-facing teams at DoubleVerify. Key Responsibilities include gaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of DoubleVerify’s portfolio of products and customers, developing and implementing comprehensive curriculum and product training programs for the commercial team, establishing a program to gather and analyze market and customer feedback, conducting win/loss analysis, storytelling focused on customer value, and establishing and tracking KPIs to measure success of product marketing initiatives. The role requires 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing and/or sales enablement, preferably with a background in AdTech or MarTech, strong technical acumen, leadership skills, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
