The Product Marketing Director for the Retail Business Unit is responsible for developing and managing the strategic marketing objectives for Cotiviti’s business and financial solutions portfolio, including but not limited to, merchandise recovery audits, AP audits for commercial market, error prevention, and contract compliance. This portfolio includes a mix of services and software solutions. This role focuses on understanding the market landscape, competition, and buyer personas to create and successfully execute a market plan, support effective product launches, develop and maintain a portfolio of enablement materials, and drive lead generation and sales acceleration efforts.
The Product Marketing Director will collaborate across internal teams—including marketing, product management, product operations, and go-to-market—to deliver compelling messaging, tools, and marketing programs aligned with organizational revenue goals.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Base compensation ranges from $135,000 to $166,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
