This strategic role bridges product innovation with customer value, owning go-to-market planning, crafting compelling messaging, and enabling internal teams to scale effectively. Accountabilities:
- Define and lead go-to-market strategies for product launches that align with business priorities and customer needs.
- Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that differentiate complex SaaS solutions in the healthcare and life sciences markets.
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand market trends, user needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to build awareness and drive product adoption through effective campaigns.
- Support sales teams with enablement materials such as presentations, demos, and case studies to strengthen market engagement.
- Conduct market and competitive research to refine strategic direction and enhance product communication.
- Represent the company as a thought leader and product evangelist at events, webinars, and in customer conversations.
- Monitor performance metrics and apply data-driven insights to continually improve product marketing impact.
- Contribute to cross-functional communication, alignment, and consistency in external messaging.
Requirements - 10+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or strategic consulting—ideally within B2B SaaS or life sciences technology sectors.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software for clinical trials or life sciences, especially cloud-based or web-hosted platforms.
- Proven ability to lead complex programs, influence senior stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
- Strong experience developing marketing strategies and content, including campaigns, white papers, and product narratives.
- Ability to synthesize technical and industry information into clear, compelling communication.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills, with a track record of producing impactful content.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach and a strong sense of ownership.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Computer Science (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
