We’re looking for a product marketer who wants to do more than execute—you’ll help define how our products are positioned, understood, and sold.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who already thinks strategically, is curious about customers, and wants real ownership over messaging and go-to-market outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
Own messaging and positioning for key features, products, or use cases
Partner closely with client success, account management and sales to improve pitch effectiveness, objection handling, and win rates
Talk to customers and internal teams to uncover insights and translate them into clear, compelling narratives
Support and lead go-to-market efforts for product launches or feature releases
Develop sales enablement materials (e.g., battlecards, talk tracks, training) that are practical and usable
Partner with internal teams to analyze results to identify what’s working—and what isn’t for sales enablement
Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform positioning and differentiation
Build and refine buyer personas and customer journeys based on real data and interactions
Continuously improve messaging and GTM strategy based on customer, sales, and market feedback
Facilitate cross-functional discussions (product, sales, marketing) to align on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Lead working sessions to define target audiences, value propositions, and launch plans
Synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear decisions and actionable next steps
Drive alignment across teams when priorities, messaging, or customer understanding are unclear
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business field (Marketing, or Business) or related degree programs (e.g. Instructional design) and/or 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, sales, customer success, growth, or a related field
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in PowerPoint, and Word
Technical aptitude with a strong ability to translate product capabilities into customer value and business outcomes
Familiarity with product marketing concepts such as positioning, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
Clear, concise writing and storytelling skills
Demonstrated curiosity about customer experience gathering or using customer insights is a strong plus
Structured thinking: able to break down ambiguous problems and propose thoughtful approaches
Comfortable translating data into actionable insights
Proven ownership mindset—has taken initiative and driven projects forward independently
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong facilitation and communication skills—able to guide discussions, ask the right questions, and drive clarity across cross-functional teams
Bonus Points:
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) tools or methodologies.
Experience working closely with sales or customer-facing teams
Background in telecom, SaaS, or technology products
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
