Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager

We are looking for a talented Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager that will collaborate across Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Marketing teams to create best in class sales readiness programs to support our client-facing teams in new logo acquisition, retention, and cross-sell. Working closely with our Product and Product Marketing teams, you will design education content, train client-facing teams, and develop talk tracks for product releases.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will influence and operationalize our cross-functional GTM strategy for internal audiences. The ideal candidate is organized and a skilled communicator,and has experience in program management and coordination skills.

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Serve as the program manager for internal readiness for product enhancements, changes, and launches – manage stakeholders from sales, business readiness, product marketing, and product managers to develop curriculum and train client-facing teams
  • Partner with Product Marketing to understand HealthEquity’s products and value propositions, and build on that to develop and coordinate impactful enablement content and training for various client-facing teams during the product launch process
  • Create training content that demonstrates both product features and client/partner/member benefits
  • Partner with Business Readiness and Product Marketing teams to tailor trainings and enablement by role/function, as needed
  • Measure effectiveness of enablement programs and training gaps, collect feedback, and iterate as needed for continual improvement 
  • Leverage enterprise enablement tools like Seismic and Salesforce to measure effectiveness and use of enablement
  • Partner with the learning delivery team to build product training modules and measure understanding
  • Participate in the full life cycle product development process to ensure product understanding and nuances that may require training and enablement

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relatable professional experience within, product, communications or marketing preferred
  • 3+ years leading developing and enhancing go-to-market strategies
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ability to influence and gather internal support cross functionally
  • Experience with sales enablement software like Seismic or Highspot
  • Overall passion to train and enable HealthEquity teammates to best represent our products and the value we bring to clients
