What we’re looking for:


The Director of Sales Enablement will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that will help the sales team achieve their targets through product knowledge, sales strategy, deal management, etc. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify needed areas of support and develop training content and programs to help them improve their skills.


What you’ll do:


  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies that will help the sales team achieve their targets
  • Develop a comprehensive onboarding program for new Sales and SDR hires, which focuses on skill development and KPI achievement, including bookings
  • Provide ongoing training to Sales Executives on solution: updates, presentations, and market overviews
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify areas where they need support and develop training programs that will help them improve their skills
  • Work with RevOps team to translate critical Sales KPIs into sales training modules
  • Create sales collateral, such as presentations and pitch decks, case studies, and white papers, that will help the sales team communicate the value of the company's products and services to potential customers
  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing team to ensure that all sales collateral is aligned with the company's brand and messaging
  • Develop and manage a call analysis program to monitor sales pitch effectiveness, scan for competitive deal intelligence, and create a feedback loop to produce, sales leadership, and RevOps for coaching
  • Measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with sales enablement best practices and industry trends
  • Build and manage a team of sales enablement professionals, eventually


What we’d love to see:


  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement leadership role, preferably in Healthcare or hospital related industry
  • Experience in operating Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to create and deliver content, using accepted adult learning

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding and implementation of sales enablement best practices
  • Sales experience preferred
