Job Description:


Alchemer is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, adoption, and retention. We need someone who not only thinks product, but who will directly support revenue growth initiatives by collaborating closely with growth marketing, product management, sales and customer success.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead our team in the development of comprehensive product marketing strategies that enables strong positions for Alchemer’s products.
  • Partner with sales and enablement teams to develop effective sales tools and presentations to drive competitive advantages.
  • Translate complex technical features into clear, concise, and customer-centric messaging.
  • Develop compelling product narratives, positioning statements, and value propositions.
  • Lead the creation of high-impact marketing materials, such as product launches, web copy, case studies, and white papers.
  • Drive product adoption through user onboarding programs and customer success initiatives.
  • Track and analyze product marketing metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead a high-performing product marketing team and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B technology companies, with a proven track record of success in the SaaS industry selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Experiencing in selling to multiple verticals a plus (horizontally focused).
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buying journey and the ability to develop targeted messaging for buyer and user personas.
  • Deep knowledge of product marketing best practices, including messaging frameworks, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • High business acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about emerging trends within our competitive landscape.


Compensation for this position includes an annual salary of $175,000-$195,000, annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
