What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Design, implement, and deliver revenue enablement programs to increase productivity for sellers
  • Collaborate with revenue leadership to address knowledge and skills gaps effectively
  • Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs
  • Define and execute strategies for technology enablement, driving adoption of go-to-market tools
  • Collaborate with product management to deliver high-quality training programs on Axiom's technologies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 12+ years of experience in sales enablement or related roles within B2B sales
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven success in developing, deploying, and measuring enablement programs
  • Strong experience with Salesloft, Gong, and Sales Navigator
  • Skilled in managing complex projects and analyzing program effectiveness
