Job Description:


Our Director of Product Marketing plays a pivotal leadership role, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, refining product positioning and pricing, and crafting compelling messaging that distinguishes our Elite products in the market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving ARR growth, enhancing market share, and maximizing product profitability.


What You'll Do:


  • Lead global go-to-market plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained market presence.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for our products including identifying target customer segments and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize revenue while ensuring competitive positioning.
  • Craft clear and differentiated product positioning that resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates the value proposition. Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure consistency across all regions and channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Leverage insights to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and collateral. Equip sales with product knowledge and value propositions to drive successful customer engagements.


What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in product marketing at a Director or Manager level, preferably in a fast-paced private equity and SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end product launches in a global or mid-market focused B2B environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong proficiency in product profitability, analysis, and pricing.
  • Ability to create compelling narratives using visual elements, such as images, charts, and infographics. Capability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner using graphs and charts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Exceptional written skills with prior experience in producing written content.
  • A strong presenter with ability to command an audience.
  • Strong managerial skills, including team development and leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
