How You'll Make Your Mark
HPE GreenLake is our edge-to-cloud platform to deliver cloud services. In this role you, will utilize your deep understanding of storage technologies, architectures and business models to develop competitive insights for this key strategic effort within HPE.
Reporting to the Director of Competitive, Customer and Market Intelligence within Marketing, you will develop competitive positioning content, deliver training, and serve as a knowledge expert regarding the competition with a primary focus on data storage. This position combines technology and marketing skillsets. Candidates must have the capability to craft and convey compelling competitive positioning and to communicate the resultant insights effectively.
This role requires up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape in the storage market including the storage technologies, key competitive landscape and storage as a service deployment models both on-premises and in the public cloud. This position gives you the opportunity to help sellers articulate the advantages of HPE as well as influence HPE’s go to market strategies with actionable insights derived from your competitive analysis. The ability to successfully differentiate data storage in this competitive market segments is a key skillset that is required.
This role will also require the integration and coordination of content into the various competitive activities and deliverables across Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Business Analyst or Bachelor's in Technology or Marketing.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Up-to-date knowledge of storage technologies including data protection, as a service deployment models and vendor landscape
- Extensive marketing and research experience, preferably in competitive analysis
- Experience with data storage technologies
- Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams

Annual Salary Disclosure Applies To These States
Annual Salary: $108,000.00 - $248,200.00
