What you'll be doing

As we extend our mission into the employee realm, we are actively seeking a Product Marketing Manager with proven success in targeting HR or IT buyers. This role will be integral to our rapidly growing Employee Experience (EX) business, charged with developing innovative approaches to improve engagement and adoption!


Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, this position is ideal for a candidate ready to harness deep market insight and strategic vision to elevate our product offerings within the EX category.


  • Define and articulate the Employee Experience product value propositions, tailored specifically for HR and IT buyers across various industry verticals.
  • Serve as a go-to-market strategist, driving product launches and marketing initiatives that resonate with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to integrate customer insights into product development tailored to buyer needs.
  • Design and drive targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Marketing and Demand Generation teams.
  • Develop engaging and persuasive marketing content, including thought leadership pieces, case studies, and sales materials.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to advise strategic decisions and product positioning.
  • Leverage customer testimonials and success metrics to build credibility and demonstrate the value of our EX solutions.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesive go-to-market execution.


What You Bring To The Role


  • Proven experience in product marketing with a focus on HR or IT buyers in the B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • A track record of successful go-to-market strategy development and execution for technology products or services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate market data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Marketing Communications.
  • Outstanding storytelling and content creation skills, with a curiosity about simplifying sophisticated topics for various audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, running multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to engage and influence senior-level team members.
  • Passion for driving innovation and a customer-centric approach for internal service teams.
  • Travel Requirement: Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.


Basic Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency marketing strategies, messaging development, and strategic frameworks.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • Experience in HR technology, workforce management solutions, or IT service platforms.
  • Proven track record to conduct and apply market research and customer feedback.
  • Previous experience with pricing strategies, product packaging, and sales enablement for SaaS products.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $119,000.00-$179,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
