We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy for new product features. You will work closely with our product, sales + enablement, and marketing teams to develop persuasive product narratives and marketing experiences that help us convey our message to the market, generate pipeline, close new business and increase feature adoption.

About you: Positioning + messaging all-star who loves collaborating cross-functionally to help customers find value in your product. You are an intuitive storyteller with a pulse on your audience and industry trends to make every product launch feel compelling and connected to a larger story.

 

This position is a hybrid role, where you will be expected to commute into our Boston or Charleston office a few days a week.

 

You Will:

  • Define and manage the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new features of our SaaS buying platform, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, enablement content, and customer adoption
  • Collaborate with the Training & Enablement team to equip our sales + customer success teams with insights, and supporting materials, on how to communicate about new product features to prospects and customers, for improved sales and product adoption
  • Partner with customer advocacy to bring our product narratives to life through customer success stories
  • Partner with customer engagement to launch new features to our customer base and drive additional product adoption
  • Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas to help the whole company better serve our ideal customer profiles
  • Conduct competitive research for your product areas and keep an ongoing pulse on the market. Refine Sales messaging for competitive conversations and surface insights to the product and marketing teams
  • Act as a liaison for our product team while serving as an advocate for our target buyer and continuously surfacing insights from our clients, sales team, and deep market research

 

You Have: 

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience
  • Agility in cross-functional collaboration and leading through influence
  • A highly organized approach to work with and ability to manage product launches with multiple stakeholders
