Benefitfocus is growing!  We are adding a new Communication Consultant to join our growing, strategic marketing and communications team. This client-facing role manages benefits communication programs targeted at employees on behalf of our employer clients. The communication consultant role deploys these programs by partnering with clients and client management teams to understand the client’s objectives and analyzing client data to make relevant recommendations. The role includes strategic client consultations via in-person and virtual client visits, development of benefits campaigns and communications for open enrollment and year-long engagement, oversight of communication programs, and day-to-day project execution. In addition to specific client assignments, this role includes supporting sales with RFP responses and finals presentations. Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our office locations with a hybrid schedule.
