About the role:

BrightDrop is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will help us accelerate the go-to-market of BrightDrop’s non-vehicle hardware including last-mile delivery electrified carts: the Trace Move and Trace Grocery. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled product marketer with a track record of successfully launching B2B hardware products and who is passionate about the BrightDrop mission. This individual will become an expert in a number of industry segments including parcel and grocery, build core narratives and messaging for this audience and ultimately define product-market fit. With an in-depth knowledge of our customers and products, this PMM will translate technical features into value propositions and empower our commercial teams with sales enablement materials to drive product adoption. They will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, UXR, Sales and other cross functional groups to understand the needs of our customers and shape the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Trace Move and Trace Grocery product lines, ensuring successful product launches and driving product adoption.

  • Conduct market research to become an expert in the parcel and grocery segments, and identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, UXR, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and shape the product roadmap.

  • Develop core narratives and messaging tailored to the target audience, translating technical product features into clear value propositions.

  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including product sheets, presentations, case studies, and demo videos, to empower commercial teams and drive sales.

  • Analyze product performance, relevant KPIs and customer feedback to inform ongoing product improvements and future product development.

  • Organize and participate in product training sessions, webinars, and trade shows to promote awareness and adoption of BrightDrop's hardware products.

Additional Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of product marketing experience.

  • 5 years of general marketing or product management experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, complex and fluid environments where you have a high degree of autonomy to achieve the objectives you are given.

  • Passion for the BrightDrop mission and a commitment to creating a sustainable future for last-mile delivery.

Great to have:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

  • In-depth understanding of the parcel and grocery industries, or prior experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation segments

  • Prior experience working with electric vehicles or other sustainable technologies.

  • Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered product development processes.

The expected base compensation for this role is: ( 112,141 - 175,401 USD Annual). Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
